a wonderful hotel with a wide range of clean rooms to relax in. affable and caring stuff; quick check in. a wide range of fantastic food. location just next door to the ski lift and good skiing. also, in the middle of jackson. amazing stay, as always.

the staff has been extremely welcoming and the service impeccable. the location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts, as there are a number of nearby ski tracks and lifts. the room we stayed in was spacious and the bathroom spotless. the amenities, such as the kids club, game room and gym, kept us entertained throughout our stay. the breakfast spread was delicious and the view from our room overlooking the park was breathtaking.

Some areas of the hotel looked a bit outdated and could use some renovation work.

The place was very clean and the staff was very helpful. the guest relations manager was particularly helpful with language barriers and suggestions for things to do in the area. the lobby staff was also friendly and always suggested drinks based on your preferences. the food was top, notch, with a wide variety of options that were well, prepared. the hotel's design was chic and focused on providing a great winter vacation experience.

I had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at the guest relations desk to the attentive service in the restaurant, I felt truly cared for. The room was spacious and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding park and forest. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a stylish lobby, a relaxing spa, a game room, and a well-equipped gym. The proximity to the ski tracks was a major plus, making it easy to enjoy a day on the slopes. The food was delicious and varied, with five meals/snacks offered daily. I was impressed by the service, amenities, and location of this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

During my Xmas vacation, I enjoyed the ski-to-door convenience which made it easy to hit the slopes. The hotel's great location provided easy access to key areas of interest. The delicious food offered a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. the friendly staff made me feel welcome and assisted me throughout my stay.

Although the hotel was overall satisfactory, the rooms seemed slightly outdated and could use some renovations. during my stay, the skiing conditions varied and the snow quality was not consistent.
